As a Voluntary Aided Church in Wales School, the Governing Body, through the Admissions Committee are the Admissions Authority and control admissions to the school.

Wrexham Local Authority manage and process admissions on behalf of the Governing Body, the Admissions Committee then make offers of places based on the School Admissions Policy. (Which can be found below).

September 2024 Admissions

The admissions window for Reception September 2024 (full time for pupils who have turned 4 by 31st August 2023)  opens on 25th September 2023 and will close on 17th November 2023. If you would like to discuss options for Reception for September 2024, please contact us on 01978 269500 or email mailbox@minera-pri.wrexham.sch.uk. You can apply for a place at our school by following this link. 

The admissions window for Nursery September 2024 (part time for pupils who have turned 3 by 31st August 2023) opens on 8th January 2024 and closes on 16th February 2023. You can apply for a place at our school by following this link. 

The admissions window for Funded Early Education for January 2024 (for children who turn 3 in the Autumn Term) opens on 1st September - 27th October 2023. Please contact us if you would like your child to join Funded Early Education to request an application form.  (mailbox@minera-pri.wrexham.sch.uk)

The admissions window for Funded Early Education for April 2024 (for children who turn 3 in the Spring Term) opens on 30th October - 29th December 2023. Please contact us to request an application form if you would like your child to join Funded Early Education after the Easter Holiday.  (mailbox@minera-pri.wrexham.sch.uk)
