Colour a picture in with someone in your house. Find a fact about something you are interested in.

Acts of kindness

Write on pieces of paper acts of kindness you can do this week. Don't forget being kind to yourself too (paint your nails, play with a favourite toy etc.) Put them in a jar and everyone in your family can choose one everyday to complete.
