Dear Parents/Carers.
On Thursday 2nd May (tomorrow), Minera School will be used as a Polling Station for the Local Elections. Having risked assessed the situation and consulted with the Local Authority, Minera School will be closed to all learners on this day. Learning will switch to online learning. Staff will be providing activities via Seesaw.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused but there are no other large buildings in Minera to host a Polling Station and the school could not operate safely and securely with members of the general public on site.
