Home Learning

During the period of school closure please use our class page as a learning tool for your child. I have grouped resources for you to use and I will continue to add to them if we are away from school for a long period of time. Activities will also be set through seesaw on a weekly basis and you can message me on there if you need to contact me.

Please find below useful links to help with short, sharp sessions throughout the day for you to use with your child. Spend 5-10 minutes on each activity, but remember nursery and reception are only young and have a limited concentration span, so don’t try to do too much at once. Spread the activities out and allow plenty of time for your child to play. I am sure you will find a routine that will suit your family best.

Remember learning through play opportunities, reading and connecting with each other are the most important things.

Kindest regards

Mrs. Titchen

Some people have asked if they can see a copy of our class timetable so they can keep the structure to the day the same. I have put a copy below, but you will probably find it best to find your own pattern that suits you, particularly if you are working from home too. There are also the online RWI sessions for Reception online from 9.30 if you wanted to move this session or you could use the links I have included below. Joe Wicks is doing a daily PE session at 9.00 am if you wanted your child to join this.
