Dear Parent/Carer,
We have arranged for a visit to Chester Zoo for children in Reception, Year 1, Year 2, Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6 on Monday 16th January 2023.
Children will leave school promptly at 9:00 a.m. and return to school at around 3:00 p.m. Children can order a school dinner as usual but this will be a packed lunch. If you wish to order a packed lunch for the day of the visit, please indicate this below. Please remember to also order the dinner on ParentPay as usual.
Children will need to wear normal school uniform. They are able to take a snack and a drink in a small bag that they can carry themselves.
There will be an opportunity to buy souvenirs in the shop. We suggest that children bring between £5 and £10 in an envelope clearly labelled with their name.
This is a free visit with no cost to parents/carers as we have been lucky enough to secure free zoo tickets for this visit and school will fund the transport costs.
