Dear Parent/Carer,
I hope everyone had a lovely Easter holidays and enjoyed the sunshine and snow! The new online payment system called Parent Pay went live over the Easter holidays. Thank you to everyone who has registered and started using the system.
As with every new system, we are experiencing a few teething problems. Before the Easter holidays, we sent out letters with usernames and passwords on and instructions on how to access the Parent Pay website and set up your account. We still have 69 accounts to be activated so please can you activate your account as soon as possible.
Breakfast Club
From today, our Breakfast Club reverted back to its normal opening times:
7:50am to 8:15am – £1 per child
8:15am to 8:50am – Free (Last entry 8:30am)
If you wish to use the Early Breakfast Club (7:50am to 8:15am) you will need to pre-book and pay for using Parent Pay. However, if you wish to use Breakfast Club from 8:15am onwards, no booking is needed and children can just turn up on the day. Last entry is 8:30am.
Free School Meals
If your child receives free school meals, you need to activate your account and pre-order meals for your child.
Meal Choices
You can pre-order your child’s food choices with Parent Pay. However, today some children decided that they wanted to order something else. It would be helpful if children could stick to their parents’ original choice.
