    Year 1/2 -96.8%

    Year 3/4 - 96.7%

    Year 5/6 - 92.4%

     

    Total - 92.7%

  • Macmillan Coffee Afternoon and Non Uniform Day

    Please join us for our Coffee Afternoon on Friday 29th September at 3pm.

     

    Children can come to school in non uniform  in exchange for a donation of any cakes, buns or biscuits. Any donations would be greatly appreciated.

  • Dodgeball

    The Dodgeball afterschool club starts on Monday. The afterschool club will take place on a Monday 3.15pm to 4.15pm at a cost of £2 per session. Sessions will start Monday 25th September and will run for 5 weeks until the end of term (23rd October). 

     

    If you would like your child to take part, please return the form by Monday.

  • Year 3 and 4 Swimming

    Autumn Term Swimming Lessons

    On Thursday 28th September, Year 3 and 4 will be starting a block of swimming lessons at Ysgol Clywedog. Year 3 and 4 will be swimming for six weeks on the following dates:

     

    • Thursday 28th September
    • Thursday 5th October
    • Thursday 12th October
    • Thursday 19th October
    • Thursday 26th October
    •  

    In order to make the visit to the pool safe and effective, we ask children comply with the following:

    • Have suitable swimwear and a towel
    • Have a bag to carry to carry kit in
    • Wear no jewellery or watches
    • Have long hair tied back or tucked into a swim cap
    • Wear a verruca sock if relevant

    We hope that you will be able to prepare your child with these requests so that they can enjoy the experience of their swimming lessons.

     

    We ask that you make a voluntary contribution of £2.50 towards the cost of transport for each swimming lesson; alternatively you can pay £15.00 for the autumn term lessons. Please ensure that money is brought into school in a clearly labelled envelope or alternatively paid via our online payment system.

     

    Year 5 and 6 will be swimming after half term. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact school.

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

  • Street Dance for Year 2,3 and 4

    Every Tuesday after school until 4pm we will be running a Street Dance Club. The club will be run by Amanda from Dance Maniax. Each session costs £2.50.

     

    These fun and friendly dance classes will improve Street Dance skills, no previous experience needed.

     

    Classes will start on Tuesday 12th September.

     

    Payment is made during the class on a weekly basis. Please send all monies in a clearly labelled envelope. Children do not need to get changed but please can they bring a drink.

  • Friends of Minera Meeting - Wednesday 13th September 2017

    Our first Friend's of Minera meeting takes place on Wednesday 13th September starting at 3:30pm. The aim of the meeting is to plan the fundraising events for the new school year. Everyone welcome!
